Here's the updated review: Simply Pho has quickly become my go-to spot for Vietnamese food. The pho broth is out of this world, deeply flavorful, clearly simmered for hours, with a rich aroma that hits you the moment it's set down. Every sip is warming and perfectly balanced, not too salty, not too sweet, just spot on. The shrimp spring rolls are just as impressive. Fresh, light, and packed with flavor, they're the perfect starter and pair beautifully with the peanut sauce. You can tell everything is made with quality ingredients and real care. On top of the amazing food, the owners are so sweet and welcoming. You can really feel how much heart they put into this place, it makes the whole experience even better. Between the incredible broth, those spring rolls, and the warm hospitality, this place is a must try!

I’ve tried 5 pho spots in ktown and this is always my favorite by far. It has even become part of my routine to get lunch here almost every week! Their broth is very flavorful and the service is always friendly and warm. If you’re looking for pho in the area, here it is.

I came here with my elder mother. The service was good, however the Owner of the restaurant told us that our hundred dollar bill was fake. We were in disbelief and I inspected the bill thoroughly, it's legitimate. After we paid for our meal, we went to another store to double check the hundred dollar bill; the employee says it was real. We are South Korean Americans and a former business owners. Why would I give a fake bill? For falsely accusing us for counterfeit money, we won't be coming back here again. That was absolutely humiliating and it made us uncomfortable. The Owner doesn't know how to read and check the bills properly or she may be paranoid. This really got me upset.

Pictured Shrimp egg rolls. Forgot to take pictures of the pho but it was really delicious and they give a generous amount of toppings. The waitresses were also so nice! Went on a Saturday at 2:30 no wait for a table but by 4:30/5 it started to get busy. Easy $3 valet parking

Great food great price. I walked in for a pho, but saw the wok they have, then suddenly change my mind lol. I wasn’t disappointed. The fried rice is amazing, lots of wok hay: u could taste the egg and other ingredients. Chicken is tender, shrimp has grilled flavor too, beef is there as well. The beef was super thinly sliced so it actually gives a bit of crunch in it, making the overall taste and texture elevated. Everything is seasoned well and balanced. It was paired with two slices of tomato and cucumber for u to freshen up ur taste palate in case. It comes with a free beef soup that I’m guessing it’s the base soup of their pho. Super beefy and authentic. I also ordered 2 spring rolls. It’s definitely really refreshing. It doesn’t have mint in it, some stores have mint in spring rolls, which I personally don’t like. The sesame sauce to pair with the roll is spot on. It’s thick and rich. I know some places make it thin and tasteless, this is not. I personally like to dip the raw tomato in the sauce as well, sooo good. Everything after tax is around $24, which I believe is a great value. It wasn’t super cheap, but definitely reasonable given the flavor and service u get. Tough e
